Sure thing, let me give it a whirl.

So, here’s a fun tidbit. Rod Fergusson, the big cheese over at Diablo 4, has poured over 1,500 hours into the game. Yep, you read that right. But, get this – he’s still missing one achievement. Crazy, right? Which one? Beats the heck out of me. I reckon it’s a mystery everyone’s trying to unravel. Seriously though, how on earth does he not have them all by now? You’d think with that many hours, he’d have ticked every box.
Who’s Rod? Oh, just a guy with his hands in all sorts of gaming pie. Microsoft, Epic Games, you name it – and now he’s leading the charge at Blizzard. Remember Bioshock Infinite? Yeah, Rod had a hand in that. And Gears of War too!
But back to this Diablo 4 saga. Fergusson posted his playtime on Twitter. A whopping 60 days, 20 hours, and 26 minutes. Whew! That’s a lot of late nights, I bet. And yet, that one elusive achievement is still out of reach. Paragon 300 or maybe some hardcore PvP feat? Everyone’s speculating.
Oh! Funny note: despite this marathon gaming session, there are fans doubling down on those numbers. Someone in the comments claimed over 3,300 hours. Makes Fergusson look like a casual, huh? Just kidding. Kinda.
Right, so there’s this hiccup with the latest update. Blizzard had to roll back to a previous version of Season 9 – ye olde glitch gremlins, I suppose. Lucky for Rod and his console pals, they’re not in PC club, so they’re in the clear this time.
Anyway, what was I rambling on about? Oh yeah, gaming achievements. It’s wild how something so small can keep a seasoned gamer up at night. I guess it’s part of what makes gaming so darn addictive. That, or maybe it’s just Fergusson’s passion. Who knows.
