Bigscreen Beyond 2 Begins Initial Shipments, Targets Complete Fulfillment by September

So, yeah, Bigscreen’s finally getting those Beyond 2 headsets out the door. I mean, they had this hiccup—something about a production delay. Anyway, they’re shipping stuff now. But don’t get too excited; there’s a backlog, so it’ll take a bit before everyone gets theirs. August? September? Something like that.

Oh, and there are these two versions. The Beyond 2 and the 2e. The latter’s got eye-tracking. Kinda cool, but you pay extra—like a couple of hundred bucks more. $1,019 if you’re going basic; $1,219 if you want your headset watching you. Was surprised to learn folks went nuts during pre-orders. Apparently, in the first 24 hours, it outsold the original Beyond’s first four months. Wild, right?

And get this—if you’d ordered the original Beyond 1 and never got it, congrats! You’re bumped up to the Beyond 2. No extra fees, nada. Probably saves them a headache or two.
