Max, the dude, really just wants some peace, maybe a cozy spot in the “Plains of Silence.” But first, missions. Danger. Building some mega combat ride. Real edge-of-your-seat stuff.
Back in 2015, when this game hit the PS4, the reviews were… meh. Metacritic’s got it at 69 out of a possible high five, or was that 100? Either way, not glowing. But funny thing – our review gave it an 8 out of 10. Go figure.
And honestly, I liked playing Mad Max. The combat? Good stuff, both on foot and behind the wheel. Sure, it might get a smidge repetitive, but before you know it, you’ve logged way more hours than expected.
