So, got this thing. FromSoftware’s shaking things up. Elden Ring Nightreign got a warm welcome, right? Well, they promised us a duo mode (sounds cool, but it’s still MIA). And then there’s this talk about “enhanced fights” with Nightlords. What? Yeah, exactly. Confused yet? Same.
We’re waiting on Duo Expeditions, but surprise! The first enhanced Nightlord fight is here. Just popped up, no big, splashy announcement or anything. Sneaky, huh?
Imagine this: you’re wrapping up your day after blabbing about their meh patch—kinda ho-hum stuff—and BAM! Real news hits while you’re knee-deep in late-night snacks.
Players found out yesterday: Everdark Sovereigns—crazy tough versions of Nightlords. Like, seriously, these guys mean business. They say there’ll be a fresh one each week, but you gotta beat the OG Nightlord first. Bit of a challenge, sure. Who’s up this week? Gaping Jaws (Adel). Next week, it’s Sentient Pest. Then Darkdrift Knight. Keeping you on your toes, I guess.
FromSoft’s brewing Sovereigns for others like Tricephalos, Augur, and Fissure in the Fog. Yeah, they’ll roll out eventually. For now, Adel’s your guy till June 25.
And oh, meet the new NPC. Seems kinda important—they trade in Sovereign Sigils that you win from thumping these upgraded Nightlords. They offer up Relics and goodies. Bonus Sigils the first time you win? Yep, a little extra on the side.
Cool part? This NPC lets you mess with Nightreign’s map events. Saves grinding through Nightlords to shuffle things up. Handy, right?
Where was I? Oh! Expect hidden awesomeness as folks tackle more Sovereigns. Haven’t beaten them? We tossed together a weaknesses guide for Nightlords—strategies get you places.
Stuck? No worries—check out our Nightreign guide. It’s a lifesaver, promise.
