Hey, so, today was kinda wild at the Summer Game Fest, right? If you’re into Arc Raiders, big news dropped, and honestly, everyone saw it coming. After that Tech Test wrapped up in May, folks couldn’t shut up about it. I mean, seriously, some players were practically living in the game.
It’s funny because, even back then, people were like, “Just release it already!” The game felt ready to roll. Well, they didn’t get their wish exactly, but hey, we got the next best thing—a release date. Not bad, right?
Honestly, a lot were hoping for another beta soon. But you know how it goes. Patience isn’t my strong suit either. Anyway, those poor souls who missed getting in on the second round spent their time glued to streams and articles. Must have been tough watching others having all the fun. But today, there’s a reason to cheer—Arc Raiders drops on October 30, 2025! Mark those calendars for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
I’ve gotta say, the game didn’t need much tweaking. It’s got character, that addictive loop, and vibes that kinda whisk you back to classic PUBG days. You know what I mean? Those were times, man.
Oh, and side note—Embark is pretty tight with Geoff Keighley. If you recall, the game first popped up at The Game Awards in 2021. Back then, it was teaming up with buddies in co-op mode, and now, look at it. Did you notice how The Finals just magically appeared during the 2023 Game Awards? It caught everyone off guard. So, naturally, we were all waiting for Arc Raiders news today. And behold, we got it.
